Our New House in Vail

So this is our new house in Vail, Arizona. It is around 2500 square feet. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and a loft. We are very excited to move into it. We will be moving in, the weekend of the 24th of July. I will post more pictures soon. I forgot to take my camera when we signed the lease today. The address is 83 E. Forrest Feezor Vail, AZ 85641.

Fruits of our labor

This is a picture of the vegetables that came from our garden. Chris was super excited so he had to set them up and get a picture. We are getting cucumbers on a regular basis as well as jalapenos. Chris pulled out the zucchini plant because it was mutated. It kept on growing more leaves than actual vegetables, so he pulled it. We even got enough green beans to have with dinner. So the garden is growing good.

Cute baby clothes

First of all I want to say that I am not pregnant, yet. But I was shopping for my friend Shayna's baby shower and I saw these clothes. I called up Chris and said that I found these outfits that I had to have. I told him that we were never gonna find them again and I had to have them. So we have baby outfits but no kids yet. I couldn't resist they were so cute. Chris feels bad for our kids because they are going to have elephants thrust upon them.

Reverse Strip Poker

We got invited over to a friends house to play reverse strip poker. Everyone brought ten items of clothing and and we loaded them up into two big garbage bags and mixed everything up. When you lost you had to put on the clothes that we randomly pulled out of the bag. You never knew what you were gonna get. It was so much fun!

Chris really is not very good at poker. He bets like crazy. So of course he was the first one to get all dressed up. He was a good sport though.

This is a picture of the hosts of the party. It was funny because he kept winning and hadn't dressed up yet so when he finally lost she was very excited to dress him up.

Dinner with the Tanners

While we were in Utah for the wedding and to spend time with my sister, Jenny, since we couldn't stay long enough to go to her graduation, we had dinner with all of Chris' family. Chris and I requested that they make a Shrimp Boil. It has shrimp, potatoes, corn on the cob, and sausage in it. It is so good. These are some of the pictures that Chris took. He took so many that there are too many to put on. When Nate and Catherine got there Neil had just woken up so he went straight to Grandpa and laid with him on the swing. It was so cute!! This is my new hair color and cut I know that it is extremely red!! That is due to the red that I had in my hair two color appointments ago. But thankfully it calmed down a bit and it is looking better. Rex said that I just cut my hair so that I could look Liz so hopefully I look as good as she does. The kids turned on the sprinkler and started running through it. Then Cody and Tanner came over to show us their muscles. It was so cute!! When Nate and Catherine got there Neil had just woken up so he went straight to Grandpa and laid with him on the swing. It was so cute.

Morgan and Nate's Wedding

Morgan looking fabulous as always. She looked really pretty and we had a good time getting ready. They got married May 28th up at Snow Basin Resort. Chris and I were happy to be a part of the wedding party and we had a good time reminiscing about our wedding day.
The flower girl Kayla and ring bearer Nathan. We sat next to Kayla and her family at the rehearsal dinner and she fell in love with me and was my little shadow that day. Her family is trying to move to Arizona soon so I told her we could hang out when she moves near us.

Here they are cutting the cake. Morgan started the cake shoving in the face. She tried to get Nate and then wrapped is arm around her and shoved it in her face. Then she chased him down and threw the cake on his back and it got smeared down his shirt. It was pretty cute.

Scorpion suckers

Cody, Cole, and Tanner. They really thought they were cool. Cody took his home and kept licking it until he said it pinched him and got sticky sucker everywhere. Tanner got down to the scorpion and Paul told him if he ate the whole thing he would give Tanner a dollar. Tanner got a little bit of the scorpion and was really grossed out so he threw his sucker away. Cole took his home and soaked the scorpion out so he could take it to show and tell. Aren't we the best aunt and uncle ever? Sarah if you would like some for your kids let us know and we will send them your way.
When we gave Neil his sucker, we opened it and then he looked at it really hard. He really wanted it but he kept looking at it and saying "BUG". He wasn't sure he wanted to eat it. He would lick it once and yell "BUG"! It was so funny.
Sophie with her sucker. We were a little bit worried about giving it to her but she looked at it and said "there is a crab in my sucker" and went right on eating it like it was nothing. Liz said that if she would have let Sophie keep eating it she would have eaten the whole thing.

Breakfast on the mountain

Our ward had a camp out up on Mt. Lemmon. There is a really nice campground up there and the guys were in charge of breakfast. So we drove up on Saturday morning and the guys made breakfast. These are all the cooks. Our friend Jordan is in the red apron.
